Art & Craft Competition Rules
* Participants must bring their own art supplies and materials
* Artwork must be original and created during the competition time
* Time limit: 2 hours for painting, 3 hours for craft projects
* Categories: Painting, Drawing, Craft, Sculpture
* Judging criteria: Creativity, Technique, Originality, Presentation
* All materials must be non-toxic and safe for indoor use
* Participants must clean up their workspace after completion
